REFUNDS
We want you to love every EVEROP product. If something isn't right, here's how refunds work.
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, with original accessories and packaging intact.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is processed.
Sale items, opened consumables, and custom bundles are final sale and not eligible for refund.

Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Prefer a different model or colour? Mention it in your return request and we'll arrange an exchange where stock allows.
Received something damaged? Contact us within 48 hours with photos for a full refund or replacement.
